Practical ESG reporting training for SMEs, suppliers and manufacturers preparing their teams to support ESG reports, buyer disclosures, data collection and evidence review.HRD Corp Claimable | Case-Based | Practical Workshop Options
SuSciCo provides practical ESG reporting training for Malaysian SMEs: suppliers and manufacturers that need their teams to understand how ESG reports are prepared and what information each department may need to provide.
This training is designed for companies preparing a first ESG report, improving an existing report, responding to customer or buyer ESG requests, or organising ESG information for tenders, headquarters, or internal management review.
The focus is not general ESG awareness. The focus is practical reporting readiness: roles, data, evidence, realistic claims and common reporting mistakes.

Why SuSciCo
SuSciCo is a Malaysia-based ESG, GHG and carbon consulting boutique. Our training is grounded in practical experience with sustainability reporting, GHG accounting, Scope 3 work, Product Carbon Footprint assessment and evidence-based ESG disclosure support for Malaysian companies.
Our ESG reporting training focuses on what teams need to understand before ESG information becomes a report, customer response or management-facing disclosure.
This is not generic ESG awareness training or certification training. It is practical reporting-readiness training for companies preparing real ESG information.
Is this suitable for SMEs with no ESG reporting experience?
Yes. The training is suitable for SMEs preparing their first ESG report or organising ESG information for customer, buyer, tender, lender, headquarters or internal requests.
Which format should we choose?
Choose the half-day briefing if management and heads of department need alignment. Choose the one-day training if reporting teams and data owners need practical working-level understanding. Choose the two-day practicum if the extended ESG team requires hands-on practice with reporting workflows, data and evidence mapping, disclosure review and implementation readiness.
Is this only for ESG teams?
No. ESG reporting usually depends on finance, HR, HSE, procurement, operations, QA, compliance, management and other internal data owners.
Does the training produce an ESG report?
No. Training builds understanding and readiness. ESG report preparation or improvement should be scoped separately as a service engagement.
Does this cover Bursa and GRI?
The training can explain how Bursa Malaysia guidance, GRI Standards, SEDG, PKSlestari or buyer requirements may be used where relevant. For most SMEs, the focus is practical and proportionate ESG reporting.
Is this the same as IFRS S1/S2 training?
No. IFRS S1/S2 and climate-disclosure training should be handled separately where that level of disclosure is relevant.
What This Training Does Not Include
This training does not provide a completed ESG report, statutory assurance, third-party verification, certification, legal advice, ESG rating improvement, guaranteed customer acceptance, guaranteed Bursa compliance, full IFRS S1/S2 readiness, GHG inventory development or Product Carbon Footprint assessment unless separately scoped.
Where your company needs the actual ESG report prepared or reviewed, this should be scoped separately as ESG Reporting for SMEs service support.
