You will lead the growth of our training department by developing, managing, and expanding both in-house and public training programs in various sustainability-related areas. The role requires reaching out to potential clients, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring successful execution of training initiatives. You will oversee the end-to-end process—from client engagement and training design to logistics coordination and post-training evaluation—working closely with consultants and trainers to deliver impactful learning experiences..
Location: Glo Damansara Mall, TTDI MRT station. Working hours: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Business Development

Identify and engage potential clients for in-house and public training.

Develop and maintain client relationships to grow training revenue.

Promote training offerings through various channels.

Training Program Management

Plan, organize, and execute training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building programs.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.

Monitor training logistics, including venues, schedules, and participant communication.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.

Marketing & Outreach

Develop promotional materials and campaigns for training programs.

Manage public workshops and events to build visibility and attract participants.

Represent the company at industry events to promote training services.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Maintain a database of training clients and participants.

Track KPIs such as client acquisition, training attendance, and satisfaction scores.

Report progress to senior management with recommendations for improvement.

Skills/Experience

Proven experience in training management, business development, or event coordination.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, and environmental regulations/frameworks preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, Canva, CRM systems).

Professional demeanor, accountability, and strong work ethic.
