It covers emissions from land use change, crop sequestration, fertilizer production and application, field fuel use, peat oxidation, mill operations, and transportation. The tool expresses results in tonnes of CO2 equivalents per hectare or per unit of product, considering CO2, N2O, and CH4 emissions as per IPCC guidelines.

Users input field and mill data for three consecutive years, with the calculator utilizing IPCC-recommended algorithms and emission coefficients.
